Alastair and Claire Ross ran the Oak Tree Inn, in Hutton Magna for 15 years. Now they are firm favourites in the hotel restaurant of The Fleece. Customers, old and new, flock back time and again to try classics of the menu plus new flavours dependent on the season.

Our story
The Fleece Hotel has been a part of the town of Richmond for nearly 350 years. It’s part of the fabric of this wonderful town.
This famous establishment has now been brought back to its full glory and, at the same time, provide the town with a new destination to meet, eat, drink and sleep.
Our doors are now open to welcome you for a coffee with your family, a glass of wine or fine ales with friends or a meal packed full of Yorkshire goodness.
